SAMSUNG MACHINE BLAST and Samsung Team is SLEEPING
I have purchased a Washing Machine(WT9300) on 17th August, 2006. It was working file till Jan, 2010. In Jan, 2010 I have called the Customer Care for the checking. He came on 28.01.2010 and declared that the machine is OK.
On 16.06.2010 at around 6 pm, my mother(Mrs Bimla Thapliyal) was washing the clothes in it, after some time this washing machine was blast with a big voice.This machine is damaged and its spares are come out. Due to this blast my LG fridge also got scratches. My mother is very scared after this incident.
Next day I have called to customer care, the service engineer came and taken the photographs of the broken machine and given the estimate of Rs.3000/-. They were saying this estimate is for the body repair only. If motor is burnt, will be charged otherwise.
This thing is very bad, that how can a Washing Machine blast. And how can you team say these things to a customer. I am not going to pay Rs.3000/- for this. I want the compensation for this inconvenience. My family members are very scared because of this.
THIS IS VERY SHAMEFUL. AND THIS MACHINE IS DAMAGED MY WALLS. I HAVE MAILED 5 TIMES TO SAMSUNG. BUT THE TEAM SAMSUNG IS GOOD FOR NOTHING. AND THEY ARE NOT PAYING THE AMOUT OF MY CLAIM. THEY ARE PLAYING WITH ME FORM 3 MONTHS.
