Hi, I have been using this AC from almost 2 years now and now I am thinking for another AC as on September I have to pay 9000 rs as electricity bill.
Negative points of this AC's are:
It consumes lots of electricity and you have to pay heavy electricity bills.
It makes too much noise, it will take almost an hour to get used to it.
Takes time to cool the room almost 15 to 20 mins.
Needs maintenance twice or thrice in a year.
Only thing good about this AC is the support and service Samsung gives is quite good. They solve issues quickly but also charge a high amount.
Samsung as a brand is very reliable but in this product I am not sure as this is not a good product form Samsung.
It cost me around 32k 2 year ago and I don't think its a value for money product as it consumes a lot of electricity. Hope that my review will help you in buying AC.
