Purchased washing machiene on 4th oct 2022 and our machiene started to make noise midly and increased to heavy noise which is when we raised a complaint with samsung and it was 50 thh day and they sent a technicisn to chk andhe wasnt awae of the issueagain another technician was sent who openede the machiene and confirmed it is bearing problem which usually dont occur in new machiene, hence he said they will replace or refund machiene, post that no response from the samsung and I receivee a message that the rquest was cancelled, again we tried reaching via cust care and they have said their standard statement customers are our priority which they dont. spoke or two days with cust care via chat and they dint take any action and 2nd day evening got a call and spoke for 30 min but they were very stunbborn and rude to us stating even consider a wrd/request of us inally he said will check with team and hre initiated a tecvh visit to replace part and now no update they are not picking calls
Especially Karthik from Perungudi chennai branch is cheating customers by not rersponding properly.
Poorest of service and cheating by provinding fauty products/machienes
