Samsung SGH-D780 dual GSM SIM phone is an excellent, practical, user friendly phone with almost every feature a frequent mobile user wants. Now its priced about Rs.9500. It has triband, dual GSM SIM slots and long battery life. No 3G in it.
Though camera is 2 MPX, but clarity and functions are far more superior when compared with nokia 3.2 MPX cameras, carl Zeiss lens or with 3.2 MPX sony erricson camera. Video camera is also excellent and has faster frames per second as compared to any phone.
It has a dediated SIM change button by which we can change the SIM instantaneously without switching off the phone. Both SIMs function together and when we are talking on one SIM and if we get a call in other SIm it will come as busy. We can arrange the phone numbers and messages in the order of SIM or together in order of alphabets. In whichver network we make or receive calls names and number will be displayed irrespective of the contacts order or SIM.
We can block calls and messgaes from individuals. We can block upto 10 numbers for calls and 10 numbers for messages as per our choice. The phone is sturdy, music is good and has expandable memory with microSD upto 8GB.
This phone never hangs and functions are very fast which we can never find in any phone of its category. It does not get heated up if we talk for long and has very little radiation.
Its the best practical phone I have vere seen and best value for money with best resale value too.
