I am a loyal customer for samsung for long time and my every household
item is from samsung. January 2010 I purchased a smasung SCH-M569 mobile from Tata Indicom.After some days, I got the display issues and display was blank. I approached to customer care center (Hyderabad-amerpet samsung service center. They said that they would require some time to replace one part.It has been almost one month and after several round, they say it's a motherboard issue and asking some heavy amount to replace the motherboard which is nearly equal to original mobile price.I am totally surprised that why it should be charged under warranty period. My case no is 8407024994 and work order no is -WA36561019312.
This is a most sad experience with samsung in my lifetime and it is definitely creating a very wrong notion of samsung brand.
Would anybody will believe samsung warranty ???
