I purchased this refrigerator in january 2014 for my home and till now it is really bitter experience with Samsung. In just one month after buying this product ot started giving problems. We I pulled the Door with force the door is not able to get closed, it stops in the middle. Since I was frustrated with this Issue I contacted the customer care and they sent their service man after one week and after he repairs the door again after 2 months the same problem arised. I think the piece was defective.
Although the fridge is double door fridge, it does not have enough storage space. It is consuming much much electricity and I am really disappointed with the customer service of the Samsung. We dont expect such things from a brand like Samsung
