I have used 3 samsung phones, more or less I have almost similar complains from all the models across the various price range.
Samsung galaxy S captivate:
Pros: Light weight, durable, slim, metalic body
Cons: low RAM, low ROM, hanging and heating issue
Samsung galaxy S3
Pros: high speed processor, high ram, large screen, attractive look
Cons: hanging and heating issues after a year
Samsung Guru
Pros: cheap, loud speaker, dual sim
Cons: low battery life after sometime.
