Purchased Samsung 32 inch smart LED TV 32T4900 on 23October2022 from RELIANCE DIGITAL ULTADANGA KOLKATA.
TV stopped working on 07-February-2023 - it was not even getting on.
Reliance digital also sold me an onsite service for an extended warranty period at the time of purchasing the TV.
I called Reliance and told them that my TV is not getting on. They took the complaint on 08-February-2023. Nobody turned up and today they cancelled the complaint on their own. I am going to consumer court now.
