This is a horrible TV. I bought this to replace my old Samsung TV that decided to die on me after 5 years of use. The sound from the speakers is so low, you have to stick your hand up in the air and move it around in order for it to be heard. For the price, I can't believe how much this is not worth it!
The first day that he plugged it in, it looked like there was nothing wrong with the TV. On the second day, we noticed that the TV had gone from its original screen resolution to below HD. After calling customer service and doing all of their troubleshooting, they told us we could either pay or return the product in 30 days
