I used this AC last year.
Samsung is one of the best company in the market.
But as far as this AC is concerned it was not that much good!
The free service will be provided by them during the warranty period. But it wont be that much satisfactory.
After the warranty period the cost for the service will be too high! For a single service we have to keep on calling them, and there wont be much support. I am not at all satisfied with this product.
At the beginning the cooling effect was really good but after a year it was not that much good! There was not that much noise but later this problem will also arise.
The capacity of this was 5300W and the compressor type was UTR. Air flow direction was given in all 4 sides.
There are some filters available but it wont work properly. While I am using this AC there were several problem arose with this filters.
The power consumption was 150W. The power consumption was little high.
I am not satisfied with this split AC. I repaired this AC for more than 5 to 6 times. So it was not at all a good product.
The price of this was almost 45000 to 50000 which was really bad.
It was not worthy for this much cost.
So, choose some better product for AC.
Poor product!
