I bought the expensive 55Q80R QLED 4K TV in Nov 2019. I was promised the lifetime of the TV would be 10yrs. But within 3 yrs, the display panel is not working and your engineer says, I have to get it replaced which will cost a whooping Rs.55000/-(almost cost for a new decent TV). Its unfortunate that Samsung is supplying such low quality high end TV models in India. You are taking Indian Customers for a ride. I have no option but to purchase a better TV from other popular brands now by discarding this expensive TV for no payback. At least hereafter ensure not to cheat customers and make quality products.
