I purchased the product in July and it was working well. There was a problem in the charging port two weeks back. I downloaded the address of Samsung Service Center - Bangalore. There phone nos were not correct. I decided to go directly. To my surprise the location had changed. On calling Service Center I got updated number.
I was told by Samsung Customer Care yesterday that a service engineer would visit me in 24 hours as this was a high value item. Today I got a call that the service engineer would not visit me. Samsung Products are good, their after sales service. better you decide.
