Samsung J7 is the high end phone in the new J series of phones introduced by Samsung. It is priced at 15000 in Amazon.in. The Samsung J7 features a 5.5 inch super Amoled display with a resolution of 1280*720. Sure you can get a much better display with that price range. Even companies are starting to give full HD displays at much lesser price range. For a 5.5 inch phone the resolution is really disappointing. The good thing is that J7 is running on Android Lollipop, even though it not the latest in family.
J7 is powered by 1.5 GHz octa core processor and a Mali GPU with 1.5 GB of ram. I am not a big fan of Mali GPU. Adreno always outperforms it. J7 features a 13 MP camera on the back and a 5 MP front facing camera. The 13 MP shooter is able to capture decent quality images but sure you can get a much better one with 15K price range. The front facing camera just does it job. Nothing impressive about it. The 3000 mah battery is just average.
Overall you can get a much better smartphone device at that price range especially there good devices at sub 12000 range from Lenovo and Xiome.
