I'm going to highlight 3 things in this review:
Awful Service.
Bad battery backup.
Not worth the money.
Samsung doesn't care about the customers. They just want to sell. They don't take any responsibility of their bad products. From the first day itself, I've been having problem with the battery. So I took it to the service center. We waited for 2 hours and they said there was no problem with the device. We returned, the problem prevailed, we went there again.
I asked them for a replacement since it had just been 2 weeks. They ACCUSED ME FOR LYING.
The battery is worse than Micromax's. I would recommend Micromax any day. I used it for a year and faced no problem.
J2 is more expensive than any Micromax phone with better features. Samsung offers less features and bad customer service for more money.
I bought Samsung after 4 years and I know now, why I avoided Samsung for so many years.
NEVER BUY IT.
