SAMSUNG AC Model no AS12EFAXTL

I was purchased AC on19/05/09 S No A279PZLS401886E model no AS12EFAXTL. It has worked well in First Year in April 2010 it stopped cooling I called to service center. Comp. Engg. came and told that since you don't have three phase ele. connection so this will not work. Any way my family member remain max. time in summer in 2010-2011. So, when in this summer we were here so, we have again called service center two times in a month and fortunately second time Engg. came and again they have told that some gas leakage seems to be their. When I requested to check it again before me. Now he told that gas is more than desired quantity.He talked to their office and told that seems that some capillary is blocked and for this you have to send it to local service center and you will be charged for 200+200. So I have arranged to send it to "EXL tech", E-63 B, LIG, Indore on 21-5-12.Now on 29th they have send the AC and charged 1900/+ 200.
They have charged for Gas Rs1000/ which was not leaked. Why company give services to privatly and why they don't do it, for the better services to end customer. Hope you will arrange to do the needful.
