It will work for one year only. Waste of money. No timely service support is available.


Service they are giving to private peoples they are replacing the parts itself & charging more.


In 3 years, we spent so much that AC cost has doubled till now. We are using it as air cooler only. I suggest not to buy Samsung window AC at any cost.
