I belive this is the first review of this product since I could not locate any before I purchased it. I hope this is very helpful . Good product, but installation took some time 4 to 5 days. the feature are superb.and the room cools down quickly in less than 10 mins, the only drawback is that while cooling it makes a little noise(not much) but we can get arround this by using the silent mode. which works well . very very good product . value for money
