We have ordered TV from samsung official website, during installation after doing drilling of our wall they told us that they have not given accessories with that. we have launch complaint regarding this to samsung. They should send accessories immediately as mistake is done from their end, despite of doing this they are saying us to buy it from service center which is running by samsung only. We have to pay additional fees for it.
So now for our money we have file petition with consumer court. Someone hard money they are wasting like this.
Dont buy samsung product as their after sale service is very bad.
