We have been using it for 7 yrs, the mother board got repaired and we had to replace it. When the complaint was raised we ordered for new mother board, after 3 days damaged product came. Then again we raised a complaint, a different mother board arrived and it was working well for a day then again it stopped working. When we called the service agency they said there might be issues with the motor which they did not check in the 1st place. The service engineer never attended our calls. Very poor service from samsung , previously we were using Siemens washing machine which was the best.
