According to my 6 months of experience with Samsung 7KG fully automated top load washing machine is very bad.Coming to the points - Firstly this top load washing machine is not very user friendly comparing to front load washing machine. Because it produce lots of sound and vibration due to motor bands which nobody wants. - Durability of the product is not well.its machine sometimes gets stuck, don't know why also operating switches are not works properly now after 6 months use. - This washing machine is not so handy.its width is not so much but its hight and weight is very high comparing to other washing machines. - Style and design of this Samsung washing machine is good for me.more accurately I really like the colour and the design which it has in the front.really good looking. - Everyone knows about Samsung service and support.very bad and disgusting.In my case, switch of my washing machine was not working properly so I called at customer service center & they told me to bring the product to their service center! very disappointing.they don't come to your place to check your product although it don't crossed its warranty period.Overall my opinion is don't buy this product.Lg front load washing machine is much better and cheaper.Thnks.
