Hi purchase first time Samsung wa65m4200hd/TL on dated 31/07/18. very first day I inform to the customer care that your machine spinner does not work properly. aprox. 5 engg. visited out of which 4 were agreed that spinners in not spin the cloth properly.
customer care respond if it is not work properly we will replace the product. now they are saying it is working ok as our engg. given us report
I recommend go for LG but do not trust upon SAMSUNG.
Samsung said after washing, cloth will be 80% dry but trust me it is not more than 45% . if u buy this product u just waste ur money .
