Purchased samsung top load machine model wa65m4200HD/tl on 31st july 2018. the day I buy this machine I feel I purchase a headache . very first day use this machine and inform the customer care about the machine spinner is not working . Engg. visited check the machine check the spin cloth and found somewhere guilty, but do not accept as if they go for replacement they have to pay from their own pocket. no one take the responsibility . no one take care . Samsung sell the product rest its consumer problem . they only sells the product . do not expect any support from them. either use there faulty product or throw it, they don't care.
only they do sugar coated discussion without any result.
