Waste of money and bad customer service. Review on Samsung 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (WA65M4020HP/TL)

I purchased this washing machine 1 year ago . Seriously my experience about this wach8ng machine is very bad . In the starting when I bought it it worked good but after just 2 months the problem started with this waching machine . The timer of the waching machine was not working properly it stopped . When I called the customer care number . The repairer form the service centre of samsung came to repair the washing machine after one week . There are also some things which are also good with this washing machine which I like are that it is good in terms of design and looks and it is user friendly but it is not durable at all . People prefer this washing machine just by seeing samsung brand but they shuld always go for the quality . Overall it is really not good and I really dont have a good experience with this washing machine . It is very expensive too . Now the paint of the washing machine is also disappearing by time . From my side I will suggest you to go for any other washing machine im comparison to this because it is really not a good product . Thankyou
