I bought this product 1 months ago as we face many problem due to busy schedule. This machine does not satisfy me it has too much issues and we have to call service man, we have called 3 times service man since we bought it. the service of this company is quiet good. It has problems like displaying of error message very frequently, to much noisy, detergents are not dispensed and we have to dispense it manually some time, cost is also very high, handling is not easy, At the time of buying we are told by shopkeeper that it will wash up to 6.5 kg of cloths but actually it only washes 4-5 kg, hence this product is not recommended, try any other machine under this company and hope this company may resolve its problem to make it user friendly and zero error product.
