We bought this useless TV 14 months ago. It was working well for 13 months and now there is a blackish display in the screen. The Samsung customer care demands ₹1000 +18? GST for just visiting my place, plus service charge plus cost of fault product. I am ina dilemma to call them are not. I have been cheated by Samsung
