We purchased a Samsung convection microwave in Jan 2017. on 4th may it has promptly stopped functioning. after repeated phone calls, their service engineer arrived after 4 whole days, he asked to replace a part. which was not available so we had to wait another 4 days for it.
Even after that, the machine functioned while he tested and after he left when we turned it on, to heat something. our entire house light fused, sparking the meter box. now when we have called Samsung, there is no response from them. pathetic, I have given a rating of 1 as there is nothing below that.
