This travel agency claiming itself to be highly rated agency is actually a pathetic service provider with fake information being shared with the intended customers. Their agents will show courtesy only till the time the amount is not deposited in their accounts. Once the payment is made they will not even pick your calls. I have recently had a pathetic experience with this company. Their sales associate named Pooja Thakur continuously chased us, until we booked the package and made the payment in their account a month before the travel date, which is supposedly her job and then forgot to share the travel details until we chased them back for the same. The trip started and a new agent was allotted to us. To our misfortune, the place was affected by a flash flood and we could not follow the itinerary as scheduled. We had to stay in the hotel and since we did not avail their transport services for siteseeing, they agreed to issue a refund of only 4K where they had charged us around 8K for the same. We agreed as we were already cooperating with them managing with muddy water supply (bathing and drinking), poor housekeeping services, and their agents misbehaving with us and speaking in unprofessional and unparliamentarily language. These guys have no etiquettes to speak with the guests specially with a female. Sampuran Yatra’s agent named who was aligned to manage the local commuteasked us twice to deposit the balance and leave the hotel where the travel spoc named Mukesh was requesting us to extend the visit due to non-availability of Volvo from Manali to Delhi. The staff wasn’t in sync themselves and was misleading us with inappropriate information.
They denied to provide the return arranged for us. With so much of distress this caused to us, we decided to speak with some senior/owner. On this demand we had been given the number of someone named Ramesh Verma who claimed himself to be the owner of the organisation and listened to our concerns. He was sorry on his team’s behalf and assured that he will be raising a refund of additional 2000 INR besides what was committed by Mr. Mukesh. He took my account details twice and assured the money to reflect in my account within 10 days. Its been over 50 days and there has been no money transfer done. We had been following up and they have been avoiding this conversation. They are not picking the phones, not replying to messages anymore. I understand that 2000 is not a big amount but here the goodwill of an organization is at question. We did not speak with the so called owner to get additional benefits but to report the concerns and misbehaviour we had been facing and that was when Mr. Owner offered this refund.
They claim to be the best service providers in Travel Industry with no customer service and abusive language being used with the customers/guests. On top of it, their agents have been calling me to provide more business to them when they are well aware of my experience. I have all the recordings and pictures of what we went through and how it actually distressed us even after paying the amount they asked for.
Fake people offering fake commitment and then disconnecting our follow up calls
