Fraud in form of buikder

Review On Samiah International Builders, Udham singh nagar

We invested in their project in 2010, till date construction has not been completed, and not even work is going on. We chased them for many years, finally, in Feb 2021 they agreed ONLY to give invested amount. They gave post-dated cheques and two cheques bounced.

We also suffered penalties from the bank.

Now they are not lifting the phones, nor replying to messages. It also came to notice that there are many others who lost money in their projects.
