The most disgusting and disappointing, hopeless maintenance hospital. I had visited Sakra world hospital on 6th of Oct 2015 for my son who was just 2 and half months, and had dengue fever. They made money just like anything. Those stupid maintenance people are murmuring even to provide additional blanket, response was no stock. Lab in-charge people are all very juniors, they prick my kid multiple times telling they are not getting proper results with the sample.
Test results will never come until we run behind the them multiple times. They have only 200ml packets of platelets unit. my son required only 80ml of platelet unit, they used just 80ml for him and just dropped remaining 120ml in waste basket but they charged us for full 200ml unit which was 30, 000+, moreover my husband even donated platelets, even then they charge so much. Toilets are in nasty condition even in SICU. If a child requires less platelets why don't they have small packets and charge us accordingly. When I asked this to the management she said will think over in future about this.
Laundry guy is not ready to give additional blanket until his supervisors approval, we had to call his supervisor and request. The call bells are also waste, no one turns back until we move out and call them by person. Even nurses in wards are irresponsible, we parents only should check the temperature and call them just to give medicines. They did not turn back until we call them under emergency situations. We really had very bad experience in this hospital for 6 days in SICU and a day in ward. My son was finally cured on the 7th day and we were out. The only better part to expose is Dr. Gururaj, Dr. Hindu and nurses at SICU were good enough to help us, we reported about the experience to Dr. Gururaj, however its all the management so he couldn't help us.
