Fraud by Sairung

Review On Sairung Developers And Promoters Limited, Pune

I am quite surprised to read most of the reviews about Sairung developers. I can say with conviction that either the reviews are paid or it is of some other Sairung; as the one which I know since last eight years is completely a fraud.

It is my moral responsibility to share my experience with others so that they are saved from wasting their hard earned money in investing in their projects based on false reviews as I did eight years ago.

I had invested in their Project Foliage Park in year 2009 thinking that they are a reputed name in Pune real estate market. I paid 90% of amount during the pre-launch period even before seeing the plot.going by their so called reputation. They had promised that the registration will be done within 6-8 months of my payment.or they will pay interest @ 8% till the time it is registered.

Then started the ongoing process of delay.and further delay.Finally in 2013 the sale deed took place after many emais and phone calls(however without any penal interest as promised).but till date I have not received 7/12 extract even after paying the complete amount for the same way back in 2013.

You will be surprised to note that even after launching this project eight years ago, they have not been able to show me my plot.When I tried to locate myself I was surprised to see that there is not even a single board placed in the area to indicate that some kind of Project is there in that area.

I feel completely cheated by this fraud.BEWARE >
