Sagar Apollo hospital (Bangalore) looks quite modern andstaff is reasonably professional. But I got a very bad experience with theirdentist. I saw a dentist there, as a general checkup. I also wanted to treat anoccasional gum bleeding problem. The dentist took a cursory two minute look atmy teeth and said I was fine and I could go. However I knew my teeth hadproblems (tartar, gum bleeding etc). So I went to another place whose dentistwas quite renowned. There I got my tartar removed and gum bleeding problemsolved. In fact, due to years of neglect, I needed two fillings. I felt like iwasted my time and money at the dentist in Sagar Apllo. My teeth would havebeen fixed earlier if I had received proper treatment sooner.
My impression of this place is that the OPD doctors don’ttake this seriously (well, with some exceptions, like Dr. Hariram).
I have much better experience with the OPD of Wockhardthospital on Bannerghatta Road (Bangalore)
I WOULD NOT GO TO SAGAR APOLLO, AT LEAST FOR OUT-PATIENT SERVICES.
