Beware of this Fraud Company. Review on Safe Packers and Movers

Handed over all my household stuff to be shifted from Delhi to Nagaon, Assam after the assuring words of Mr. Pratap Singh that the belongings will reach in 12 days, freezing the quoted charges, getting the household goods unloaded during delivery etc etc.

But the politeness in his speech disappeared as soon as the packed goods were picked up from my flat in Delhi. He never picked up the calls, nor revert back, no updates of the whereabouts of my goods, no deadline when will it reach or whether it will ever be delivered. Mr. Pratap's sessions of misbehaviour started with demand for extra payment of Rs. 5000/- as toll charges or the truck will not move from the toll gate. This was not informed during the deal.

On enquiring after a month, it was told that the truck reached Bangalore and will reach Assam by next week. I never knew that the route from Delhi to Assam goes via Bangalore. One fine morning after 5 weeks one gentleman Mr.Om Prakash from Deepu Roadlines, Ghaziabad called me to narrate a scripted story of Mr. Pratap. He told that my stuff is lying with him and Mr.Pratap has neither paid him nor picking his call, therefore without payment, he will not transport it.

Both were partner to the crime posing as if they are not in any goods terms with each other and were doing business together for the first time. Whereas it happened that before giving the booking we wanted to talk with one of his satisfied customers, Mr. Pratap dialled Mr. OmPrakash of Deepu Roadlines and he posed as a customer showing total satisfaction with the service of this fraud company.

Although on threatening of police complaint, I got to know that the truck will reach after holi and finally after one and a half month it reached my native place. The driver just parked the truck in front of my house and refused to unload saying its not his duty. I have to manage labor somehow and pay them extra to unload.

What a bitter experience they provide to the customers lying day in and day out, blackmailing and trying to extract extra money once the belongings are in their possession.

Finally, threat of police complaint worked and I got my goods after a long and stressful wait.

BEWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE MR.PRATAP SINGH WHO KEEPS CHANGING COLORS AND HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AT ALL.

The life of these people run on fraud, false promises, money extraction etc.
