I have booked a river facing flat and satisfied with my decision till date:) Very good location and area also. Overall constitution is good with lots of amenities. Project have beautiful apartments facing the river and connected to Baner. Easy access to Baner balewadi and future road in development to access Hinjewadi from Mahalunge. Though Flats bedrooms are quite cramped.
