I have purchased a flat in saarrthi group. there were few complaints in the flat I contacted Mr Shah, the customer care department of Saarrthi group. he really is a horrible man. he is very rude. he does not follow up with company to solve your problem. rather he will shout at you and mis behave. so I would request saarrthi group to look into the matter. I am facing lot of problems due to Mr Shah.
