I have apt in one of their baner-pashan schemes. possession was promised in Dec-07, somehow I managed to get it only in Nov'08. That too when major work/rework was still pending.i had no option but to move in else I wud have had to wait for 2/3 more months. my observation during the constructions phase was that work was subcontracted and the quality was not monitored at all(e.g. fitting of tiles, othr finishing)

After possession we had to struggle to get the thigs repaired etc.had to wait for days to get major plumbing issues sorted out.till date(as of Dec'09) some issues r never attended.

Heavy amount(1.6L+) was charged as one time maintenance and the way it is being maintained(?)by the builder one has to ask "is this what u get after putting half(or alomst all in some cases) of ur lifes's earnings". Swimming pool is in pathetic condition.look at attached pictures(dec'09).in last one year after possession it has been always in this condition.almost like roadside pond .breeding ground for insects/mosquitos/flys.general safety/cleanliness is never maintained.And this after repeated reminders to sr ppl in saarrthi. No completion certificate, society formation even after 2 years of initial completion date promised.
