Hi all,

this is to make u aware of the crook and fraudulent practices of Saarthi Group.

1. delay in construction and handing over

   
   




2. poor construction quality

   
   




3. bad after sales services

   
   




4. uncourteous staff

   
   




5. irregularities in maitenance money

   
   




6. irregularities in land title

   
   




7. unreasonable delays in electricity, water and other municipal formalities.

   
   




8. tantrums in doing sale deed and all formalities to hand over the complete ownership of property

   
   

u cant ask for anything worse than this

take care and avoid any deals/purchases

i was surprised to see all such comments in favour of SAARTHI Group.

all these seem to be fake and posted by the buider. otherwise, after taking the initial booking amount and the registration, the builder has been real rude, shrewd and manipulative in providing amenities. all big promises mentioned in the offer broucher were never met. builder claimed that nothing is mentioned in the flat contract carried out with the customer. further the builder in involved in malpractices while carrying out the maintenance of the property nd is ambigous and unclear in handing over the details of common facilities/machinaries/lifts etc. also the builder has not done SALE DEED for more than 5-6 years in various projects. So hey all those planning to buy anything from CROOK SAARTHI Builder in Swadesh, Sovereign, Souvenir please stay clear of the crooked builder.
