Recently I visited Lucknow and went to this restaurant for having dinner. Sakshi restaurant initially looked good from outside and the decoration was also soothing to eyes. But the good part ended there. When we entered the restaurant, there was chaos everywhere. Everybody was shouting for their needs to be heard. We have to wait for 15 minutes for getting a table to eat. The waiters were not listening to us and the management was incompetent in handling even the small load of customers. We felt lucky after getting food after 30 minutes among the chaos. The food was not tasting good and was not fresh either. The manager was not able to solve any of the problems of any customer. I have never seen so much of problem at single place.
