Now a days many online recharge& Bill aishwaryasingh23ment application launches . Like this RuPiZo is a somewhat newly launched application . This application powered by DBS Digibank . I have an account in RuPiZo wallet . But, my experiences are not good .
First of all size of application is somewhat high around 29 MB . So, it needs much place in internal memory of our device to install .
At first, I seen a post in a website that a new e-Wallet had launched named RuPiZo . So, I install it . But, when had tried to add money in wallet . I was failed . Because of, I couldn't find any option of add money . I had searched all places in the app, but not succeed . Then, I thought this app is not usable . So, I uninstalled the app after few days .
But, around 3 months ago I have been receiving too many message in mobile with information of offers . All offers are lower quality . I don't have any interest in their offers as well as application . I got too much disturbed with their messages .
So, today I would like to stop receiving messages from them . I got a mail ID( care@rupizo.com) from Google Playstore of the app, when I sent them a mail to close my wallet or unsubscribe my mobile number so that I wouldn't receive any message alert from them, I got a revert mail -
" Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: care@rupizo.com
The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk. "
Now, just think app developer or mAnasultangement provided wrong mail ID in Google Playstore . Think they are how much irresponsible!
When I visit on their website there I can't find any contact number or mail . After many research I got a option of Virtual Assistant . In there I have sent message same as mail, but Alas! It show
"We're sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations so far. Your feedback is extremely valuable; please speak to our live agent. "
Then I search for live agent of the app helpdesk . But, not find any option . I don't know I would escape from receiving their irritating messages .
Totally their services are unhelpful, design of application is bad, app is not much useful, they provide wrong information, not mentioned Contact Us information in their website .
In playstore their ratings is 3 star because of bad services . I also heard that many users when tried add money in wallet, money deducted from their bank account but not Cred824ited in wallet .
In last, I want say don't use this online recharge application . If anyone find correct contact number or mail ID or anyother helpline option of the application please say to me . I want to send messages to app mAnasultangement to stop sending messages in my mobile .
