Hello guys
I am fed up with this rupay card I got. Actually I have an SBI account and when I send a request for debit card the send me a rupay debit card.
Its been a month using this rupay debit card and actually I do a lot online transaction and most of the time I use my debit card for payment.
First of all , many times I have to pay my fess , do payments or either pay someone and most of the time while paying , it says rupay services are not available for payment and then I have to pay from my brothers card and transfer the money to him and thats so frustrating
About the rates and charges they are very not so high they charge minimum rates on the use of the card.
Talking about the customer service , as I told them about my online transaction issues , they always says that they are working on it.
Talking about the satisfaction , this card is a burden on me , it can be just use in the ATM. Likewise in the developing era the service should also be very efficient for consumer.
I just send one more request for debit card in my bank. In my opinion you should also change the card if you got one , its not very useful for a teenager.
