Last month, I had lost my job and wasn’t finding any, so I used to play online rummy a lot. While looking for new websites, I came across Rummy Circle and decided to give it a try. I registered myself there and joined a table. The website kept loading for 2 minutes after every time a player played his/her move. I got so irritated by the end of it that I just gave up anyway. Then after two days I joined another table and the same horrible interface and loading speed. Now I called the customer care and they told me that the website is just fine, I have poor internet connection. But I wasn’t facing similar issues with other websites and I checked for speed which was pretty decent – 50 Mbps.
I gave on them and deactivated my account with Rummy Circle and registered myself on KhelPlay Rummy. This website is just brilliant. It has an outstanding interface and does not lag at all. The customer care staff is supportive and really helpful.
My internet connectivity is not poor at all!
