Why Rude Lounge – Juhu (Mumbai)?
Since I am an avid online shopper, I visited http://www.dealface.com & checked the discount coupons on Rude Lounge deal. I liked the deal very much and immediately decided to purchase 3 discount coupons as we were in all 6 people. The deal was that we can eat upto Rs 1000/- on purchase of Rs 549/- coupons and it was valid for 2 persons per table. The deal could be redeemed in Rude Lounge – Powai, Rude Lounge – Juhu & Rude Lounge, Belapur. We however decided to redeem the deal at Rude Lounge – Juhu as it was near our place and also it was unlike Powai & Belapur Outlets it was opened till 12:00 midnight. Finally I & my friends decided to visit Rude Lounge – Juhu on Saturday evening and booked our seats one day prior in advance.
- I had never been to Rude Lounge but had read positive things about it on website portals and also my friends & relatives had recommended me to visit it once
Ambience –==** It’s the highlight of Rude Lounge. As soon as we entered the Lounge, the staff greeted us and welcomed us. The interior was beautifully designed with perfect seating arrangements. The lounge was very clean and also was very spacious. The walls very beautifully decorated innovatively by renaming all days such as Sizzling Sunday, Moody Monday, Tricky Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, Freaky Friday and Steamy Saturday. It had separate compartments divided into Smoking Zone & Non Smoking Zone. The best part was the music played by live DJ’s from the likes of hip-hop, progressive, house, retro and rock. Also it had a well maintained bar where the bartender fire flair and give out free flame shots to everyone.
Service -* Now coming to Service it was one of the Best that I have ever seen in Mumbai. From the time we entered in the Lounge till the time we made an exit the behaviour of the staff was very courteous. They showed us by demonstration what customer service means. There were 4-5 waiters who attended us at different times to check if we needed something. The co-ordination among the staff was excellent. The service was quick & prompt.
Menu –Since 4 of us were non- drinkers we ordered RED BULL (An Energy drink) for us & other two ordered for RUM. We opted to go with Chinese cuisine and ordered Veg Sizzlers Paneer Tikka & Mexican Veg as starter followed by American Choupsey, Triple Schezwan Fried Rice, Burnt Garlic Fried Rice & Chicken Makhani.
Food:* The food was very delicious and tasty. Infact it was much better than what we expected. However being a Vegetarian I didn’t taste Chicken Makhani but my friends said that it was also tasted nice. The prices were a bit high but for the ambience, food & services, it's worth it. .
Verdict: Will strongly recommend it to all specially for foodies & music lover it’s a must visit atleast once because of its Ambience, Food & Services. My Rating 4.25/5, because the best can still be improved.
