Another review on a lounge! It's was my friends birthday and we made up a plan of going RUDE Lounge, Bandra. It's opposite Globus and not at Bandra kurla complex.
Initially on entering the place seemed quite small, but there were two floors. The entrance was a killer one. Something unique as compared to the others.
The lounge is situated on the 1st floor, and the ambiance is quite rocking with high bass music literally vibrating oneself. The Disk Jockey here was one heck of a professional person. Every song was soo lively that I din't feel like moving out of this place.
Food and presentation:
We ordered few dishes, and all of them were presented in quite descent manner and the taste too was very good. The presentation was so perfect that our mouth started watering.
Kudos to the team working there!
Few dishes that we ordered were:
Kiwi mocktail
Coconut creame Pinacolada
Melon cocktail
Large Barbeque pizza
Sizzling brownie
Ambiance & decor:
As mentioned in the pros, the ambiance was quite rocking, especially at places where people won't expect the ambiance to be that good. I liked the entrance very much ie the ground staircase, and trust me it was decorated very nicely in spite that place being used only to come up and down.
Customer service:
We had been to this place on Saturday, and my friend was in 3/4 ths. Initially we were allowed entry by the guard standing on the ground floor, but later inside the manager insisted that Saturdays was a formal day so people had to wear trousers strictly. But somehow he allowed us to continue with our party. But overall the staff was quite friendly and quick in service. No delay in serving us the dishes was something surprising as the place was quite crowded.
Value for money:
Definitely a wonderful place to be in, and must be tried once at least if you near by Bandra west or in belapur. A VFM lounge with comfortable seating arrangement but at times too crowdy.
Happy hours offer also attracts many people. Not only happy hours but there are offers of the day too. They name the day such as sizzling Sunday, moody Monday, tricky Tuesday and so on............
All in all I would say, a must visit place and after knowing the offers of the day and happy hours it's difficult to resist oneself from going there.
Conclusion:
Good tasty food with descent presentation, along with rocking ambiance and loud music with quality songs played by the DJ's, and good customer service and VFM lounge! A must visit at least once.
I would rate this place as 4/5 stars.
The lounge tag line is truly justified: It surely spoils your bad mood!!
