We purchased Royal sundaram car insurance via policy bazar. Car met with accident, our insurance is just 3 moths old. Royal sundaram rejected the insurance claim stating you have not made NCB zero while taking insurance hence your insurance is not valid . We said we will pay the NCB or whatever is the additional charges and make the insurence valid for next 9 months. They just declined. we have an insurance thats invalid for next 9 months.
Horrible customer service.
DO NOT TAKE RPOYAL SUNDARAM INSURENCE.
if there is an option to give 0 start and neative rating I would have selected that.
