We fell into the trap of their agents when visiting Goa. They convinced us to purchase their holiday package and assured us to get accommodation in any of their hotels anytime anywhere.
The experience was completely different. Whenever I wanted to book in any of their resorts, they clearly refused to give any accommodation on a specific day, giving the excuse of "no accommodation available". They instructed us to book a year before and in the offseason, which is clearly meaningless after taking such an expensive package. #myopinion
