I had ordered a recliner sofa for my dad, the order was placed on 23rd June 2020. According to their sales representative the order was supposed to be delivered on 8th of July. On 12th of July I tried reaching them regarding the order but there was no response from their end I also tried reaching the customer care which was not reachable either. Then later on 15th of July I got hold of a representative name Amit through customer care who informed me that the order is still not taken into account(forget about the delivery), then after a long conversation he somehow promised to get the delivery done on 31st of July. Today on checking the status again I can see the status update that the order is still not processed. And now when I am trying to reach Mr Amit and customer care, there is no response from their end . I would never recommend royal Oak I guess they are running a fraudster company guys please be aware. The customer service is pathetic. They will just give you lame excuses regarding the lockdown but then the service is extremely horrible. They don't even response to your calls even after calling so many times. They are just not bothered. I totally regret my purchase with them.
