First of all of you have the bucks both for maintaining the engine and servicing the bike once in two weeks along with money for petrol, then go for it, if you are a cruiser. Just for normal cruising in high way roads we can even buy Royal Enfield's most of the bikes like classic, thunder bird and the other older one. But if you want to cruise with more comfortable seat for a ride and cruise on mountain side, off roads, then this Himalayan should and must be your pick. The main feature that makes this bike to stand out is it's look and comfort that you do have when you ride it along. It won't satisfy you if you are going through city roads with this bike. If you do so people will always look you awkward and laugh at you. Going through western ghats, mountain region, tropical forests, and all other Wildlands, this might be your friend and partner in crime, given to much cc and build life. Given the fact that it needs more maintenance you should and must spend more on servicing it within specific interval periods. Mileage is so disgusting but you can't expect it and you are so pitiable for spending nearly 3 lakh and wiring about its petrol intake. Comfortable-with ease of use, here comes a piece of product which satisfies you for the bucks you pay. I had driven it for 2 months, getting it from a friend of mine. If you live and love adventure then you are the Himalayan kind of guy. Just go for it.
Thank you
