ROUND THE GLOBE IMMIGRATION SERVICES IS THE WORST IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY AGENCY AND WE HAVE FILED A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, THEIR PROPRIETOR, MS. NEHA SINGH AND THEIR CASE MANAGER EMPLOYEE, MS. REKHA CHANCHAL FOR DUPING MY BROTHER, MR. ANIK KOTAK OF INR 60,000(INCLUDING GST) AND THE POLICE ARE CURRENTLY CONDUCTING AN ENQUIRY OF FRAUD AGAINST ALL 3 OF THEM. PLEASE FIND BELOW THE ENTIRE DETAILS OF HOW THEY WASTED MY BROTHER’S SIX MONTHS BY LYING TO HIM THAT THEY HAVE APPLIED FOR HIS VISA WITH UK VFS, AND, ARE AWAITING CONFIRMATION. THIS WAS A FULL-BLOWN LIE AS BEFORE BEING ABLE TO APPLY FOR AN EMPLOYMENT VISA WITH UK VFS, YOU MUST HAVE EMPLOYMENT CONFIRMATION WITH A UK EMPLOYER WHICH IN ITSELF THEY NEVER DID BUT TO DUPE US OF OUR MONIES, KEPT TELLING US THAT VFS HAS PUT OUR VISA PROCESS ON HOLD; BUT THE REALITY IS THAT THEY HAVE NEVER APPLIED TO UK VFS ON MY BROTHER’S BEHALF AND WERE JUST USING THIS LIE TO DUPE US OF OUR HARD-EARNED MONIES:
(1) My brother, Mr. Anik Kotak had signed up ROUND THE GLOBE IMMIGRATION SERVICES(“Agency”) IN July 2021 for helping him get a UK Skilled Worker’s Visa and helping him get a job in the United Kingdom, more specifically, in London;
(2) He had very categorically mentioned this to the Case Manager assigned, Ms. Rekha Chanchal, and, from Day 1 when he signed up, he was very prompt in sending all her documents and doing follow-ups with her;
(3) However, this lady, Ms. Rekha Chanchal turned out to be an outright fraud who had no idea of how the UK Skilled Workers Visa was running, and, she kept blatantly lying and defrauding my brother that first you need to apply for a visa from VFS and then you have to apply for jobs in the UK;
(4) She would either not be available to take phone calls, keep talking about her personal life and it’s issues or keeps asking for personal favours from my brother including asking him to help her get a personal loan. Her deliverables forget being on time were also non-existent and despite my brother chasing her millions of times she chose to never fix up calls with the Resume Writing Agency and also did not get his Resume tweaked as per the international standards for UK along with the requisite key words. She also kept lying to my brother, Mr. Anik Kotak that she has already applied to VFS and is waiting from the ER number from their end and his application is under process. When he kept contacting her as to why the Resume Team is not contacting him and making his Resume as per international standards she blocked his phone;
(5) Prior to doing that she kept forcing him to change his country citing that Agency had no experience in sending candidates to the UK and he should change his country to South Africa and Canada which is their expertise. This came as a big shock to my brother, Mr. Anik Kotak as he had paid a sum of INR 60,000 including GST rate basis the explicit understanding that Agency will help him find a job in UK and help him get a UK Skilled Workers visa. He then asked her for connecting him with the Proprietor, Ms. Neha Singh, post which she blocked his number;
(6) I, as his sister then reached out to Ms.Chanchal and called her to understand why she had blocked my brother, Mr. Anik Kotak’s number and where his application was pending. She lied to me also and said it’s submitted to VFS and is pending for ER number which I asked her to give me so that I could contact UK VFS on my own and check where my application is pending. On hearing this she immediately disconnected my phone and blocked my number also;
(7) With immense difficulty I managed to get in touch with Ms. Neha Singh and after calming me down she assured me that she was the Proprietor of this organization, and, she had immense experience in this field and prior to Agency turning into a proprietorship, it was a LLP known as Tier II Consultancy and I should check out the same. She vehemently assured me that she will give me services and help my brother, Mr. Anik Kotak get a job, and, she had been doing this for numerous years and had massive experience in this area. We innocent people believed her and on her fake assurances and request gave you another chance. However, she also turned out to be as big a liar, fraudster and cheater as Ms. Rekha Chanchal;
(8) Post this conversation, Ms. Neha Singh, indirectly and tacitly once again through Ms. Rekha Chanchal started sending my brother, Mr. Anik Kotak an email on 4th January 2022 to switch to South Africa or Canada for a job as UK VFS had put his application on hold. This was an email which came to us from ROUND THE GLOBE IMMIGRATION SERVICES from Ms. Rekha Chanchal and not UK VFS. When my brother asked her for the reason and asked her to share the original email received from UK VFS as to why his application was put on hold, she hurriedly cut the call and once again blocked his number;
(9) He then kept calling Ms. Neha Singh to understand the reason for the same and then on 5th January 2022 told her that he was sick and tired of dealing with Ms. Rekha Chanchal and she had promised him that she will be his Case Manager and then why was Ms. Chanchal now reaching out to him and once again forcing him to change the country which was in strict violation of the contract signed between Agency and him and the explicit understanding with which he had paid monies(which was INR 60,000 including GST) to help him get a good job in the UK and get him a UK Skilled Workers’ Visa;
(10) Not only that Ms. Neha Singh also told him to write the IELTS and said only once that was done, 15 days thereafter she will file his application, which was another lie from her end because Ms. Chanchal had been misleading us all along from June 2021 that his application was under process. This resulted in a wastage of 7 months and a sum of INR 60,000(including GST) for my brother who was waiting to go to UK and did not take new employment in India at that point in time and to pay this INR 60,000(including GST), he sold off some investments at a loss as this was a huge amount for him and he was able to ill afford the same;
(11) We then got frustrated and mentioned to Ms. Neha Singh that her Case Manager, Ms. Chanchal had wasted our time from June 2021 till date i.e. January 2022(which is close to 7 months) giving us a lot of lies and defrauded us our monies and she was also doing the same and, we found her also to be hand in glove with Ms. Chanchal as she also did not know the UK Skilled Workers Visa process and was just wasting more of our time. Hence, we asked you for a full refund of our monies which was INR 60,000(including with GST), and, she agreed to the same and asked us to send her an email to that effect which we did. Post that she did not answer any of our calls or messages and we were forced to file a police complaint against her, wherein, currently we have recorded our statement and an enquiry is being conducted against the Agency, Ms. Neha Singh and Ms. Chanchal;
(12) Further, we are now ably to very validly state that they all are fraudsters and cheaters and liars as we decided to find out the entire UK Skilled Worker’s Visa from 3 of their competitor agencies.
(13) All 3 competitor agencies informed us that first the candidate’s Resume is blasted to various recruiters, UK licensed and non-licensed employers, and, once a candidate gets a job, then only they upload his educational transcripts are uploaded on UK Naric for further verification. My brother, Mr. Anik Kotak does not need to give the IELTS, as, his University i.e. Mumbai University is an accredited university and he is super well qualified being a MBA Graduate from IIM – Ahmedabad. Also, initially any agency like ROUND THE GLOBE IMMIGRATION SERVICES is only required to write the Resume with the relevant keywords as per the industry and only do blasting across portals, recruiters etc. to help a candidate get a job – the UK VFS doesn’t come into the picture until such time the Employer do.
