Enjoy this Garden to Fullest during Season periods. Review on Rose Garden, Ooty

Well this is a good Garden next to Botanical Garden. Well Maintained and Superb Layout.

The Garden is located inside the limits of the Ooty and very close to the Botanical Gardens. Hence this Garden should be visit very next to the Botanical Gardens.

Pros -

1) The Garden is very big and build very well.  Well Maintained too.

2) There is Vehicle Parking available there. Probably the best feature than the botanical gardens.  Though We went there though travels, the Driver could park the MUV easily and he was able to come with us to gardens(though we didn't want him to come with us).

3) The Entry Fee is nominal.  I don't think there is any Fee for Camera in there because my brother purchased the Tickets but if though there was Fee for camera, it was just about Rs.5.  No Charges to Cell phone cameras and all.

4) Various varieties of Flower plants available in there(see Cons).

5) Eatery shops are available outside the Garden but no Hotel I suppose.

Cons -

1) Since we visited in Ooty in Oct, we hardly saw any rose in the gardens.  This is may be because we went in the off season.:(

2) There were Facilities for Water fountains but they where not operational.  Pretty disappointing.  For flowers, its Acceptable because its Natural, but Water Fountain are Artificial hence they could have been operational.

3) Restroom were there, but very very dirty and smelly.

Tips -

Visit this Garden between July and September to see Garden full for roses.

Verdict - This garden is better to visit if you love Rose and other flowers and also want to relax. Chose the best season to enjoy this garden to the fullest.
