I would ask that you avoid doing business with this company. They don't give a damn about their customers. My roof recently had tiles installed, and the area is 1000 square feet. Rocotile representative did the measurement and gave quote for tiles and binding material.


I double-checked the measurement's accuracy with that guy. He told me that everything was ideal and gave me the invoices. The tile is not of high quality, and its thickness varies. The customer is paying for the significant delay in the laying period that was caused.


Damaged/Excess Material:


• I received about 8 boxes damaged. (28 Tiles)


• 18 box tiles excess(18x4= 72 Tiles)


• 40 KG Binder excess


Loss to Customer:


Almost 10% of my overall tiles were damaged/unlaid due to the representative stupid measuring skill.


• 10% of my overall tiles damaged/unlaid Cost – Rs. 4000


• 40 KG Binder excess -(40x45/Kg) – Rs.1800


• 2 days delay due to tile quality(2x5 Member Teamx800) – Rs. 8000


• Overall Loss for 1000 Sq.Ft – Rs. 13800


Major Concerns:


• Shape & Thickness issues with the tile quality(it's not worth Rs. 39/Tile). While laying the tiles, easily broken. The laying team has trouble laying these tiles.


• Sales Rep - They don't have someone who can measure accurately and provide a quote. No customer service, just salespeople.


• Material Unloading - There is no policy regarding material unloading, so you are on your own to do so.


• Payment - They will begin pursuing you after the material is delivered because they are aware that once the tile box is opened, the customer will recognise the tile's quality.


• Return Policy - They don't have a policy for returning goods when a sales-minded or incompetent representative makes a measurement error. Once more, the cost will be borne by the customers.


Conclusion:


I won't unquestionably suggest Rocotile to any of my family or friends. They don't seem to be conducting any ethical or customer-focused business, in my opinion. Please avoid purchasing this tile because there will be more damage and waste.
