This is a multi-functions printer. Our service provider has been deliver this printer around one year before in our office. we are using this printer from more than one year. The overall experience of this printer is very bad. The issue is The printing speed of this printer is very slow. It has been take 5 second time for printing one page. How can we print more than 100 pages. if I give the task of 150 or 200 pages of pdf then the paper jam been jam. we have also logged complain for same but printer service is still as previous.
This is a multi-functions printer but the scanning setting is not user friendly. A common man can not scan any pages from this printer.
RICOH Aficio SP 5200 printer is also deliver in my office. But the same issue is occur in this printer also. we are also facing slow printing and paper jam issue in this printer also.
Lastly, my overall experience for RICOH AFICIO 1200s and 5200 printer is very bad. what is the issue in this printer. I did not know.
